Listing an Item or Posting an Event:

CIRCULAR* provides a platform for creating leads thru classified ads (Listings) for Sellers to convert those leads ( Interest, Offers and Buyers) into sales. It also provides a platform to List or Post qn event (like a garage sale, community sale, etc.) see dropdown selection for event venue.

CIRCULAR* does not negotiate offers, sales, collect payments, arrange delivery or shipping. This is the sole responsibility of Sellers placing ads (listings).

Free selling is limited to one listing at a time. You must have read all of the policies to be accepted to sell. Ads, listings and posts for events that have been accepted will require approval by admin before posting.

To list an item or post (list) an event we only collect your name, email address and zip code. {Please see Privacy Policy for more info.)

To list more one item at a time (multiple listings) the Pro Sellers fee is $9.00 a month, $25.00 for 3 months, $49.00 for 6 months or $99.00 for 12 months. Once payment is received a seller will be promoted to Pro Seller.

Posting ads (Listing) for Events:

For a single event ad it is free for 7 days, $2.00 for 30 days, $4.00 for 90 days, $6.00 for 120 days.

Please abide by the policies. Violations will be monitored and may restrict a seller from using Circular.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

CIRCULAR* is a classified-ad platform only. We do not participate in, guarantee, or mediate any transaction between buyers and sellers. CIRCULAR* is not liable for any loss, damage, dispute, fraud, injury, or other issue arising from a transaction, item, or interaction between users. All sales, negotiations, payments, and deliveries are conducted solely at the users' own risk and discretion.

Sellers must provide truthful listings and accurate photos. Address customer concerns honestly and timely. Sellers may not use Circular MP's commerce features to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or unlawful activity. This includes: • Impersonating a business or brand, misrepresenting products, including pricing, availability, origin and condition. • Using deceptive marketing tactics, such as fake reviews, fabricated endorsements or artificially inflated representation. • Using unclear or unfair terms, including hidden fees or misleading refund or return policies.

Adult sexual products, including sex toys and fetish-focused products.

Drugs‚ medications‚ including illegal or regulated drugs.

Counterfeit products or replicas that infringe trademarks.

Stolen goods or items sold without clear provenance.

Wildlife or environmental contraband, including live animals and items restricted under conservation laws.

Human body parts.

Acoholic beverages and tobacco products.

Firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories, including certain fireworks, blasting caps, and bomb precursors. Illegal or age-restricted weapons where restricted by law (e.g., certain knives, brass knuckles, batons, or crossbows where prohibited).

Recalled or unsafe products, including items subject to a manufacturer or government recall, stop-sale order, market withdrawal, safety alert, or similar official action based on product safety concerns.

Products that present a clear serious safety hazard, especially for babies, children, or other vulnerable groups.
