Step-by-step directions for buying, selling, and shipping on CIRCULAR marketplace.

How to use CIRCULAR marketplace

Create an account or log in, then tap "New Listing" in the top bar.
Add photos, a title, description, category, condition, and your price.
Choose how the item ships, agree to the policies, and submit. New listings are reviewed by an admin before they go live.
Track your listings, buyer inquiries, and offers from "My Listings" and your Seller Dashboard.
Reply to inquiries and accept, decline, or counter offers. Mark the item as sold when the sale is done.
To list an event instead of an item, tap "Post an Event" and fill in the dates, time, and location.
To sell by auction instead of a fixed price, tick "Make this a bidding listing" (see the bidding guide below).
Need more listings? Open Seller Plans to upgrade.

Browse the marketplace and use the filters to narrow by category, condition, and price.
Tap the heart on any item to save it. Find saved items under "Saved".
Open an item to see all photos and details. Use the inquiry form to ask the seller a question.
Choose "Buy Now" to pay at checkout, or send the seller an offer. The total includes a 4% commission and a 3% + $0.30 processing fee.
After you pay, you'll get a confirmation page. If the item ships, it includes your tracking link.

On New Listing, tick "Make this a bidding listing". The price becomes your Starting Price, the lowest amount you will accept.
Choose how long the auction runs, from 5 to 30 days. The countdown starts once an admin approves your listing.
Buyers place bids. You can't bid on your own item.
When time is up, the highest bid wins and both you and the winner get an email. The winner has 48 hours to buy at their winning price.
If nobody bids, your listing automatically becomes a regular listing at your starting price.

Look for items with a bid box on the listing page. It shows the current bid, number of bids, and time left.
Log in, enter an amount at least $1 above the current bid (or the starting price if there are no bids), and tap Place Bid.
When the auction ends, the highest bid wins. You'll get an email if it's you.
As the winner, open the listing and tap Buy Now within 48 hours. The item is held just for you at your winning price.
Buy Now, Reserve, and Make Offer are not available while bidding is open.

When you create or edit a listing, choose a shipping option: buyer pays shipping, shipping included in your price, or arrange it yourself.
For the two Shippo options, enter the packed weight and size and your ship-from address.
After a buyer pays, open Seller Dashboard → Shipments → Awaiting shipment to see the buyer's address and shipping method.
Tap "Review shipping label", check the label price, then confirm to buy it.
Print the label, pack the item, and drop it off with the carrier. The buyer gets a tracking page automatically.

On a listing that ships with Shippo, enter your shipping address.
If the seller charges shipping separately, tap "Get shipping rates" and pick one. It's added to your total.
After paying, use the tracking link on the confirmation page to follow your package.
